HOT AND COLD WATER MIXING FAUCET
The purpose of the present invention, relating to a hot and cold water mixing faucet device having a resin housing, is to provide a hot and cold water mixing faucet device in which the length of a housing in an axial direction is small so that the housing can be miniaturized, and in which a first discharge port and a second discharge port are disposed in the center of the housing. A hot and cold water mixing faucet comprises: a switching mechanism (20) performing the switching of the discharge port in order to discharge the mixed hot and cold water from a hot and cold water mixing mechanism through any one of the first discharge port (4) and the second discharge port (5); and a discharge flow path forming member (30) which is accommodated in the housing, and in which first and second flow paths (32, 33) for supplying the mixed hot and cold water from the switching mechanism (20) to the first discharge port (4) and the second discharge port (5) are formed. In the discharge flow path forming member (30), the first flow path (32) and the second flow path (33) are formed concentrically, the inlets of the first and second flow paths each communicate with the switching mechanism (30), and the outlets of the first and second flow paths (32, 33) communicate with the first discharge port (4) and the second discharge port (5) of the cylindrical resin housing (H), respectively.
본 발명은, 수지제의 하우징을 갖는 온·냉수 혼합 수전 장치로서, 하우징의 축선 방향의 길이가 짧아, 하우징을 소형화할 수 있음과 더불어, 제1 토출구와 제2 토출구가 하우징의 중앙부에 배치되는, 온·냉수 혼합 수전 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 온·냉수 혼합 수전은, 온·냉수 혼합 기구로부터의 혼합 온·냉수를, 제1 토출구(4)와 제2 토출구(5) 중 어느 하나의 토출구로부터 토출시키기 위해 토출구의 전환을 행하는 전환 기구(20)와, 전환 기구(20)로부터의 혼합 온·냉수를, 제1 토출구(4)와 제2 토출구(5)에 공급하기 위한 제1, 제2 유로(32, 33)가 형성되는, 하우징 내에 수용되는 토출 유로 형성 부재(30)를 구비한다. 토출 유로 형성 부재(30)는, 제1 유로(32)와 제2 유로(33)가 동심원형으로 형성되고, 또한 제1, 제2 유로의 입구가 전환 기구(30)와 각각 연통하며, 제1, 제2 유로(32, 33)의 출구가, 수지제의 통형 하우징(H)의 제1 토출구(4), 제2 토출구(5)와 각각 연통한다.
