RC RC Self-standing Form System for Constructing Anchored Retaining Walls and Anchored Retaining Walls Constructing Method Using the Same
The present invention relates to a mold supporting structure which can effectively support the lateral pressure of retaining wall concrete with a self-standing structure without an additional support in a ground reinforcing composite wall type RC retaining wall in which an RC retaining wall is monolithically constructed on a slope reinforced by a ground reinforcing material, and a method for constructing a ground reinforcing composite wall type RC retaining wall desirably using the same. To this end, as for the construction of a composite wall type retaining wall in which an RC retaining wall is monolithically formed on a slope reinforced by a ground reinforcing material, provided is a self-supporting mold supporting structure for a ground reinforcing composite wall type RC retaining wall, which comprises: a ground reinforcing material which is introduced into and mounted on the ground, and of which a rear end portion is constructed to protrude from a slope; a retaining wall mold which is installed to be spaced apart from the slope; and a plurality of fastening support bodies which connect the rear end portion of the ground reinforcing material to the retaining wall mold in order to be installed to be clamped. Here, the fastening support bodies clamped by the ground reinforcing material hold the retaining wall mold to support the same. In addition, the retaining wall mold can be configured by comprising a retaining wall mold plate, a horizontal reinforcing material and a vertical reinforcing material. The fastening support bodies can be configured by comprising a half-foam tie and a support bolt.
본 발명은 지반보강재로 보강된 사면에 RC옹벽을 일체로 시공하는 지반보강 합벽식 RC옹벽에서 옹벽콘크리트 측압을 별도의 버팀대 없이도 자립형으로 효과적으로 지지할 수 있는 거푸집 지지구조와, 이러한 거푸집 지지구조를 바람직하게 적용한 지반보강 합벽식 RC옹벽의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지반보강 합벽식 RC옹벽의 자립형 거푸집 지지구조는, 지반보강재로 보강된 사면에 RC옹벽이 일체화된 합벽식 옹벽의 시공에서, 지반에 관입 정착시키면서 후단부가 사면에서 돌출하게 시공되는 지반보강재; 사면에서 이격 설치되는 옹벽거푸집; 지반보강재의 후단부와 옹벽거푸집을 연결하면서 긴결 설치되는 다수개의 결속지지체;를 포함하여 구성되어, 지반보강재에 긴결된 결속지지체가 옹벽거푸집을 붙잡아 지지하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반보강 합벽식 RC옹벽의 자립형 거푸집 지지구조를 제공한다. 여기서 옹벽거푸집은 옹벽거푸집판, 가로보강재, 세로보강재를 포함하여 구성될 수 있고, 결속지지체는 하프폼타이, 지지볼트를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.

To this end, as for the construction of a composite wall type retaining wall in which an RC retaining wall is monolithically formed on a slope reinforced by a ground reinforcing material, provided is a self-supporting mold supporting structure for a ground reinforcing composite wall type RC retaining wall, which comprises: a ground reinforcing material which is introduced into and mounted on the ground, and of which a rear end portion is constructed to protrude from a slope; a retaining wall mold which is installed to be spaced apart from the slope; and a plurality of fastening support bodies which connect the rear end portion of the ground reinforcing material to the retaining wall mold in order to be installed to be clamped. Here, the fastening support bodies clamped by the ground reinforcing material hold the retaining wall mold to support the same. In addition, the retaining wall mold can be configured by comprising a retaining wall mold plate, a horizontal reinforcing material and a vertical reinforcing material. The fastening support bodies can be configured by comprising a half-foam tie and a support bolt.
