RC RC Self-standing Form System for Constructing Anchored Retaining Walls and Anchored Retaining Walls Constructing Method Using the Same
The present invention relates to a form system capable of effectively supporting the lateral pressure of retaining wall concrete in a self-standing type without a separate support in a ground-reinforced single-face wall type RC retaining wall that an RC retaining wall is integrally constructed on a slope reinforced with a ground reinforcement member, and a method for constructing a ground-reinforced single-face wall type RC retaining wall using the form system. According to the present invention, a self-standing form system for a ground-reinforced single-face wall type RC retaining wall comprises: the ground reinforcement member constructed while being inserted and settled in the ground so that a rear end thereof protrudes from the slope; a retaining wall form installed to be distanced from the slope; and a connector anchored and installed while connecting the rear end of the ground reinforcement member and the retaining wall form. The retaining wall form includes a retaining wall form plate, truss beams of a truss structure in which an inclined member is installed between a pair of horizontal members, and a vertical reinforcement member. The connector passes through the retaining wall form plate while being connected to the rear end of the ground reinforcement member to pass through between the truss beams disposed parallel to be fixed and installed on the vertical reinforcement member.
본 발명은 지반보강재로 보강된 사면에 RC옹벽을 일체로 시공하는 지반보강 합벽식 RC옹벽에서 옹벽콘크리트의 측압을 별도의 버팀대 없이도 자립형으로 효과적으로 지지할 수 있는 거푸집 시스템과, 이러한 거푸집 시스템을 바람직하게 적용한 지반보강 합벽식 RC옹벽의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지반보강 합벽식 RC옹벽의 자립형 거푸집 시스템은, 지반에 관입 정착시키면서 후단부가 사면에서 돌출하게 시공되는 지반보강재; 사면에서 이격 설치되는 옹벽거푸집; 지반보강재의 후단부와 옹벽거푸집을 연결하면서 긴결 설치되는 결속구;를 포함하여 구성되되, 옹벽거푸집은 옹벽거푸집판, 한쌍의 수평재 사이에 경사재가 설치된 트러스구조의 트러스보, 세로보강재를 포함하여 구성되며, 결속구는 지반보강재의 후단부에 결속되면서 옹벽거푸집판을 관통하여 평행 배치된 트러스보 사이를 지나 세로보강재에 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
