Disclosed is a road energy harvester. The road energy harvester comprises: a power generation module generating power as the power generation module moves up and down by an external force; a buried unit having an inner space to install the power generation module; a pair of electrodes coupled by being spaced apart at a predetermined distance in a vertical direction to an inner wall forming the inner space of the buried unit; and a coil surrounding an outer wall of the buried unit. The power generation module includes: a magnet inducing current to the coil through electromagnetic induction as the power generation module moves up and down; a contact charging power generation element coupled to an upper part of the magnet and generating contact charging with the pair of electrodes as the power generation module moves up and down to generate power; and a piezoelectric power generation element coupled to an upper part of the contact charging power generation element and generating piezoelectric power by being deformed as the power generation module moves up and down.
