The present invention relates to a permanent anchor (200) in which PC steel strands (150) inserted and fixed to a ground hole (20) by grout (30) are respectively fixed to the structure of the surface of the ground by using a bearing plate (112), an upper settlement head (110), and an upper clamping member (119). Some of the PC steel strands (150) each formed as the stands are fixed by being individually surrounded by a steel pipe means, respectively. One of the steel pipe means is a grout injection means. The grout injection means is formed as a lower steel pipe means and an upper plastic pipe means. A grout discharge hole is formed in a lower portion of the steel pipe means. The steel pipe means and the upper plastic pipe means are connected by a connecting pipe. Therefore, the strength of the grout can be increased by using different types of steel pipes in a grout adhesion portion.
본 발명은 영구형 앵커(200)에 관한 것으로서, 지반 구멍(20)내에 그라우트(30)를 매개로 삽입고정된 피씨(PC) 강연선(150)이 각각 지압판(112), 상부정착헤드(110), 상부조임부재(119)를 이용하여 지반표면의 구조물에 고정되는 영구형 앵커(200)에 있어서, 여러개의 가닥으로 이루어지는 상기 피씨 강연선(150)들은 일부는 각각 강관파이프수단에 의해 개별적으로 감싸져서 고정되고, 상기 각각 강관 파이프수단중 하나의 강관파이프수단은 그라우트주입수단인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 그라우트주입수단은 하부의 강관파이프수단 및 상부의 플라스틱파이프 수단으로 이루어지며, 상기 강관파이프수단의 하부에는 그라우트배출구멍이 형성되며, 상기 강관파이프수단 및 상부의 플라스틱파이프수단은 연결관에 의해 연결된 것을 특징으로 한다.
