GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD FOR OFFSHORE JACKET STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD FOR OFFSHORE PILE CONSTRUCTION
Disclosed is a pre-ground improvement method for marine installation of a jacket structure, which comprises steps of: (a) lifting, by lift equipment, a jacket structure having a lower drilling guide unit provided at the lower circumference of a leg pile to be arranged at a planned right position of the seabed to allow a plurality of lower guide holes formed on the lower drilling guide unit to separately overlap a plurality of grouting-scheduled points on a plane; (b) lifting, by the lift equipment, a working platform installed with an upper drilling guide unit to be fixed and installed on the jacket structure to allow a plurality of upper guide holes formed on the upper drilling guide unit to separately overlap the lower guide holes on a plane; (c) installing a drilling guide pile to have an upper side to be surrounded by a target upper guide hole of the upper guide holes and a lower side to be surrounded by a target lower guide hole corresponding the target upper guide hole among the lower guide holes; (d) inserting, by excavation equipment, an excavation unit through the drilling guide pipe, and forming a drilled hole excavated to correspond to a ground section to be improved; and (e) inserting a grouting injection tube into the drilled hole, performing grouting for the ground section to be improved, and then dismantling the drilling guide pile.
자켓구조물의 해상 설치를 위한 사전 지반 개량 공법이 개시되며, 상기 자켓구조물의 해상 설치를 위한 사전 지반 개량 공법은, (a) 하부 천공 가이드부가 레그 파일의 하부 둘레에 구비된 상기 자켓구조물을 인양장비로 인양하여, 상기 하부 천공 가이드부에 형성된 복수의 하부 가이드 홀 각각이 복수의 그라우팅 예정 지점에 평면 상에서 중첩되도록 해저면의 계획된 정위치에 배치하는 단계; (b) 상부 천공 가이드부가 설치된 워킹플랫폼을 인양장비로 인양하여, 상기 상부 천공 가이드부에 형성된 복수의 상부 가이드 홀 각각이 상기 복수의 하부 가이드 홀 각각과 평면 상에서 중첩되도록 상기 자켓구조물 상에 고정 설치하는 단계; (c) 상측이 상기 복수의 상부 가이드 홀 중 대상 상부 가이드 홀에 의해 둘러싸이고, 하측이 상기 복수의 하부 가이드 홀 중 상기 대상 상부 가이드 홀과 대응하는 대상 하부 가이드 홀에 의해 둘러싸이도록 천공 가이드 파일이 설치되는 단계; (d) 굴착장비가 상기 천공 가이드 파일을 통해 굴착유닛을 삽입하고 개량 대상 지반 구간에 대응하여 굴착된 천공홀을 형성하는 단계; (e) 상기 천공홀에 그라우팅 주입관을 삽입하고 상기 개량 대상 지반 구간에 대한 그라우팅을 진행한 다음 상기 천공 가이드 파일을 설치 해제하는 단계를 포함한다.

자켓구조물의 해상 설치를 위한 사전 지반 개량 공법이 개시되며, 상기 자켓구조물의 해상 설치를 위한 사전 지반 개량 공법은, (a) 하부 천공 가이드부가 레그 파일의 하부 둘레에 구비된 상기 자켓구조물을 인양장비로 인양하여, 상기 하부 천공 가이드부에 형성된 복수의 하부 가이드 홀 각각이 복수의 그라우팅 예정 지점에 평면 상에서 중첩되도록 해저면의 계획된 정위치에 배치하는 단계; (b) 상부 천공 가이드부가 설치된 워킹플랫폼을 인양장비로 인양하여, 상기 상부 천공 가이드부에 형성된 복수의 상부 가이드 홀 각각이 상기 복수의 하부 가이드 홀 각각과 평면 상에서 중첩되도록 상기 자켓구조물 상에 고정 설치하는 단계; (c) 상측이 상기 복수의 상부 가이드 홀 중 대상 상부 가이드 홀에 의해 둘러싸이고, 하측이 상기 복수의 하부 가이드 홀 중 상기 대상 상부 가이드 홀과 대응하는 대상 하부 가이드 홀에 의해 둘러싸이도록 천공 가이드 파일이 설치되는 단계; (d) 굴착장비가 상기 천공 가이드 파일을 통해 굴착유닛을 삽입하고 개량 대상 지반 구간에 대응하여 굴착된 천공홀을 형성하는 단계; (e) 상기 천공홀에 그라우팅 주입관을 삽입하고 상기 개량 대상 지반 구간에 대한 그라우팅을 진행한 다음 상기 천공 가이드 파일을 설치 해제하는 단계를 포함한다.
