UNDERGROUND PILES FORMING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING UNDERGROUND PILES USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an underground pile formation apparatus capable of enhancing the ground in the bottom of a facility such as an underground parking lot, and an underground pile formation method using the same. According to the present invention, the underground pile formation apparatus comprises: a cylindrical casing (10) having open upper and lower sides; and a stirring rod (20) comprising a rotary shaft (22), a stirring wing (26) and a spiral slope way (28) and provided to form concentricity with the cylindrical casing (10) by penetrating the casing (10). The rotary shaft (22) is a long shaft having a hollow inside and includes a grout inlet (24) formed in a part in which the stirring wing (26) is formed. The stirring wing (26) is combined with the bottom of the rotary shaft (22) vertically to an axial direction of the rotary shaft (22). The spiral slope way (28) is a slope way formed continuously in a spiral form in the upper part of the rotary shaft (22).
본 발명은 지하 주차장 등 시설물의 하부 지반을 강화하는 지중 파일 형성 장치 및 그 형성 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 지중 파일 형성 장치는 상면 및 하면이 개방된 원통형 케이싱(10) 및 회전축(22), 교반날개(26) 및 나선경사로(28)로 구성되고, 상기 원통형 케이싱(10)을 관통하여 상기 원통형 케이싱(10)과 동심을 이루도록 구비되는 교반로드(20)로 구성되는 지중 파일 형성 장치로서, 상기 회전축(22)은 내부가 비어있는 긴 축으로서 상기 교반날개(26)가 형성된 부분에 그라우트 주입공(24)이 형성되고, 상기 교반날개(26)는 상기 회전축(22)의 하단에 상기 회전축(22)의 축방향에 수직으로 결합되며, 상기 나선경사로(28)는 상기 회전축(22)의 상부에 나선형으로 연속적으로 형성되는 경사로인 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
