Fire Proof Door Having Porous Insulating Layer
The present invention relates to a fire door having a porous insulating layer, which is easy to transport and install because of less manufacturing cost and lighter weight compared to a conventional fire door. The fire door includes two metal plates arranged toward a space of a building, a plate-shaped insulator interposed between the metal plates, and an inorganic adhesive for bonding the insulator and the metal plates, wherein the inorganic adhesive includes powder type expanded graphite that foams when subjected to heat.
본 발명은 기존의 방화문에 비하여 제작비용이 적게 소요되고 무게도 더 가벼워짐으로써 운반 및 설치가 용이하게 된 다공성 차열층을 갖는 방화문에 관한 것이다. 그의 구성은, 건물의 공간을 향하여 배치되는 2장의 금속판; 상기 금속판 사이에 개입되는 판상의 단열재; 상기 단열재와 금속판을 접착시키기 위한 무기접착제;를 포함하되; 상기 무기접착제는 열을 받을 경우 발포되는 성질을 가진 분말형태의 팽창흑연을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
