Reinforcement Apparutus for Fire Door Insulating Heat and Fire Door Having the Same
The present invention relates to a reinforcement device for a thermal barrier fireproof door, and a thermal barrier fireproof door having the same. The present invention enables a first reinforcement member and a second reinforcement member having predetermined length to face each other inside a fireproof door main body forming doors to enable an insertion member formed in the second reinforcement member to be inserted into a coupling groove formed in the first reinforcement member to couple the first reinforcement member and the second reinforcement member due to point-contact. The present invention minimizes heat transmission between an outer member and an inner member by coupling the first reinforcement member and the second reinforcement member in a point-contact method, thereby preventing deformation of the fireproof door and easily assembling and disassembling the fireproof door due to a simple coupling structure.
차열 방화문용 보강장치 및 이를 구비한 차열 방화문은 문짝을 이루는 방화문 본체의 내부에 일정한 길이를 갖는 제1 보강부재와 제2 보강부재를 서로 마주 보게 하여 제1 보강부재에 형성된 결합홈에 제2 보강부재에 형성된 끼움부재를 삽입하여 점접촉으로 인한 제1 보강부재와 제2 보강부재를 결합할 수 있다. 본 발명은 제1 보강부재와 제1 보강부재의 결합을 점접촉으로 하여 외측부재와 내측부재의 열 전달이 최소화되고, 이에 따라 방화문 변형을 방지할 수 있으며, 간단한 결합 구조로 인하여 조립, 분해가 용이한 효과가 있습니다.
