The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing desulfurization gypsum, which includes: a tenth step (S10) of mixing limestone in a waste sulfuric solution; a twentieth step (S20) of acquiring a mixture in which desulfurization gypsum with high purity and lime with low purity are mixed; a thirtieth step (S30) of separating the mixture into desulfurization gypsum and lime; a fortieth step (S40) of supplying lime to the tenth step (S10) and mixing the waste sulfuric solution with the lime; and a fiftieth step (S50) of separately storing the desulfurization gypsum. The desulfurization gypsum with high purity and the lime with low purity can be obtained if the limestone, which is a raw stone, chemically reacts with the waste sulfuric solution, new desulfurization gypsum can be obtained if the lime with low purity is mixed with a new waste sulfuric solution, the lime with low purity can be recycled, and the amount of used limestone can be reduced.
본 발명은 탈황석고의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 폐황산액에 석회석을 혼합하는 제10단계(S10); 고순도의 탈황석고 및 저순도의 석회가 혼합된 혼합물을 획득하는 제20단계(S20); 혼합물을 탈황석고 및 석회로 분리하는 제30단계(S30); 석회는 제10단계(S10)로 공급하여 폐황산액에 혼합하는 제40단계(S40);와 탈황석고는 별도로 저장하는 제50단계(S50);을 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 폐황산액에 원석인 석회석을 화학 반응 처리하면 고순도 탈황석고와 저순도의 석회를 얻고, 저순도의 석회를 새로운 폐황산액에 혼합하여 새로운 탈황석고를 얻을 수 있음은 물론, 저순도의 석회를 재활용하고, 석회석의 사용을 절감할 수 있다.
