Manufacturing apparatus for submerged dike concrete block
Disclosed is a submerged concrete block manufacturing apparatus configured to manufacture a submerged concrete block by pouring and curing concrete. According to the present invention, the submerged concrete block manufacturing apparatus is configured to manufacture a submerged concrete block which constitutes a submerged structure on the shore. The submerged concrete block manufacturing apparatus comprises a cast which can be assembled and separated into front/rear surfaces and left/right surfaces formed along a shape of the submerged concrete block. Flanges attachable to each other are provided respectively on both left and right ends of the front/rear surfaces and the left/right surfaces of the cast, such that adjacent surfaces are fastened to each other. At least one surface of the surfaces attached to each other of the cast includes a cutting portion formed by cutting a portion of the flanges and a separation nut formed in parallel with the cutting portion. A separation bolt is inserted into the separation nut and rotated to provide a pushing force such that the flanges on the remaining surfaces are pushed and separated via the cutting portion. The submerged concrete block manufacturing apparatus is able to quickly manufacture concrete blocks.
콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하여 잠제 콘크리트 블록을 제조하는 잠제 콘크리트 블록 제조장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 잠제 콘크리트 블록 제조장치 해안가의 잠제 구조물을 구성하기 위한 잠제 콘크리트 블록을 제조하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 잠제 콘크리트 블록의 형태를 따라 형성된 전후면과 좌우면으로 조립 및 분리 가능한 거푸집을 포함하고, 상기 거푸집의 전후면과 좌우면은 서로 인접하는 면끼리 체결을 위하여 서로 밀착되는 플랜지를 좌우 양단마다 구비하되, 상기 거푸집의 서로 밀착하는 면 중에 적어도 하나의 면에는 플랜지의 일부가 절개된 절개부와 상기 절개부와 평행한 분리용 너트가 형성되고, 분리용 볼트가 상기 분리용 너트에 삽입되어 회전됨으로써 상기 절개부를 통하여 나머지 면의 플랜지를 밀어 분리되도록 미는 힘을 제공하게 된다.
