A permanent anchor apparatus of the present invention comprises: a fixing head having an installation space disposed therein, and a plurality of head openings connected to the installation space to be outwardly opened; a moving block arranged to be movable towards a rear end portion of the fixing head in the installation space; a fixing wedge arranged in the installation space to be, when the moving block is moved towards the rear end portion of the fixing head, pushed in an outward direction of the fixing head by the moving block in order to be rotated around the one end portion thereof as the center of rotation, such that the other end portion may protrude to the outside of the fixing head through the head openings; a tension member which is coupled to the moving block, and is movably inserted into a head through-hole disposed at the rear end portion of the fixing head to be extended to the outside of the fixing head; and a waterproof tube which is configured in a hollow pipe shape having a tube space into which the tension member may be inserted, and surrounds the tension member to protect the same from moisture between the moving block and the rear end portion of the fixing head. Therefore, corrosion of the tension member can be prevented.
본 발명에 따른 영구 앵커장치는, 내측에 설치 공간이 마련되고 설치 공간과 연결되어 외측으로 개방되는 복수의 헤드 개구를 갖는 정착 헤드와, 설치 공간에 정착 헤드의 후단부 측으로 이동 가능하게 배치되는 이동 블록과, 설치 공간에 배치되되 이동 블록이 정착 헤드의 후단부 측으로 이동할 때 이동 블록에 의해 정착 헤드의 외측 방향으로 밀려 그 일단부를 회전중심으로 회전함으로써 타단부가 헤드 개구를 통해 정착 헤드의 외측으로 돌출되는 정착 쐐기와, 이동 블록과 결합되고 정착 헤드의 후단부 측에 마련되는 헤드 관통공에 이동 가능하게 삽입되어 정착 헤드의 외측으로 연장되는 인장재와, 내측에 인장재가 삽입될 수 있는 튜브 공간이 마련된 중공관 형태로 이루어지고 이동 블록과 정착 헤드의 후단부 사이에서 인장재를 수분으로부터 보호할 수 있도록 감싸는 방수 튜브를 포함한다.
