The present invention relates to an exterior panel for construction, a manufacturing method thereof and a sandwich panel using the exterior panel, wherein the exterior panel for construction allows linear vertical stripes (13) compressed and molded on a front surface or a back surface of the panel in a width direction of the exterior panel (10) to be formed. The exterior panel (10) for construction has the improved strength to prevent a bent portion caused by oil canning from being formed when coupling parts (a coupling protrusion part (11) and a coupling groove part (12)) are formed on the panel, thereby preventing the appearance beauty from being degraded by the bent portion. Also, the sandwich panel manufactured by using the exterior panel (10) can have the same effect by the vertical stripes.
본 발명은 건축용 외장 패널과 그 제조 방법 및 그 외장 패널을 이용한 샌드위치 패널에 관한 것으로, 외장 패널(10)의 폭 방향으로 패널의 전면 또는 후면으로 압축 성형된 직선형의 가로 줄무늬(13)가 형성된다. 외장 패널(10)의 강도가 향상되어, 패널에 결합부(결합돌기부(11)와 결합홈부(12)) 형성시 오일 캐닝 현상에 의한 굴곡부 형성이 방지됨으로써 굴곡부에 의한 외관미 저하가 방지된다. 상기 외장 패널(10)을 이용하여 제작된 샌드위치 패널 역시 가로 줄무늬에 의한 동일한 효과를 갖는다.
