The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a vehicle shutoff device for selectively permitting the entry of a vehicle, which is provided to shut off the entry of the vehicle, and can permit the entry of the vehicle in a simple manner with respect to the vehicle entering for a specific purpose or at a specific time period. The vehicle shutoff device can prevent the vehicle from entering at high speed. To this end, the vehicle shutoff device, according to the present invention, comprises: a speed bump (20) on which a front slope (22) and a rear slope (24) are formed; and a blocking rod (40) installed on the speed bump (20) so as to be rotatable between a first position and a second position. An elongated groove (232) is formed in the speed bump (20). The first position is a position in which the blocking rod (40) is laid in the groove (232) to be hidden in the groove (232), and the second position is a position in which the blocking rod (40) is erected and protrudes out of the groove (232).
본 발명이 해결하고 하는 과제는, 차량의 진입을 차단할 수 있도록 제공되며, 특정 목적이나 특정 시간대에 진입하는 차량에 대해서는, 간단한 방식으로 차량의 진입을 허용할 수 있되, 진입 차량이 과속으로 진입하는 것을 막을 수 있는 선택적 차량 진출입 허용을 위한 차량 차단 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 앞경사면(22)과 뒷경사면(24)이 형성된 과속 방지턱(20); 및 제1 위치와 제2 위치 사이에서 회전 가능하도록 상기 과속 방지턱(20)에 설치된 차단봉(40)을 포함하고, 상기 과속 방지턱(20)에는 기라란 홈(232)이 형성되며, 상기 제1 위치는 상기 차단봉(40)이 상기 홈(232) 내에 눕혀져 상기 홈(232) 내에 숨겨진 위치이고, 상기 제2 위치는 상기 차단봉(40)이 세워져서 상기 홈(232) 밖으로 돌출된 위치이다.
