Interior Material For Construction Using Polyester Low Melting Point Adhesive Powder
The present invention relates to an interior material for construction using polyester-based low melting point adhesive powder, comprising: a base layer formed of a polyester-based needle-punching nonwoven fabric; an adhesive layer formed on an upper part of the base layer and formed of dispersed polyester-based low melting point adhesive powder; and an outer layer of a polyester-based spunbond nonwoven fabric formed on an upper surface of the adhesive layer, wherein the polyester-based low melting point adhesive powder is a powdered low melting point copolymerized polyester-based resin formed of a hard segment and a soft segment. The hard segment may be composed of dicarboxylic acid consisting of dimetylterapthalate (DMT) of 80 to 99 mol%, isophthalic acid (IPA) of 1 to 20 mol% or a derivative thereof, and a diol component consisting of butylene glycol (BG) of 20 to 80 mol% and hexylene glycol (HG) of 20 to 80 mol%, and the soft segment may be composed of polytetramethyleneglycol (PTMG) of 1 to 25 wt% of the resin weight. In addition, the low melting point copolymerized polyester-based resin has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or more, a hardness (Shore D) of 60 or more, and a softening point of 80 to 140°C.
본 발명은 폴리에스테르계 니들펀칭 부직포로 구성된 기재층; 상기 기재층 상부에 형성되며, 분산된 폴리에스테르계 저융점 접착파우더로 구성된 접착층; 상기 접착층 상부면에 형성된 폴리에스테르계 스펀본드 부직포의 표피층으로 구성되되, 상기 폴리에스테르계 저융점 접착파우더는 하드세그먼트와 소프트 세그먼트로 구성된 저융점 공중합 폴리에스테르계 수지를 분말화한 것으로, 상기 하드 세그먼트로는 80~99몰%의 디메틸테레프탈레이트(Dimetylterapthalate, DMT), 1~20몰%의 이소프탈산(Isophthalic acid, IPA) 또는 그 유도체로 이루어진 디카르본산과 20~80몰%의 부틸렌글리콜(Butylene glycol, BG), 20~80몰%의 헥실렌글리콜(Hexylene Glycol, HG)로 이루어진 디올성분으로 조성되고, 상기 소프트 세그먼트는 수지 중량의 1~25중량%의 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜(Polytetramethyleneglycol, PTMG)로 조성될 수 있으며, 상기 저융점 공중합 폴리에스테르계 수지는 유리전이온도(Tg)가 50℃ 이상이고, 경도(Shore D)가 60이상이며, 연화점이 80 내지 140℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 저융점 접착 파우더를 이용한 건축용 내장재에 관한 것이다.
