Method for manufacturing exterior material of concrete substitute building using waste glass fiber and building exterior material
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing exterior materials of a concrete substitute building by using waste glass fibers, which comprises: a first step (S10) of preparing additive raw materials for exterior materials by repairing waste glass fibers and dividing the same according to residual foreign substances; a second step (S20) of preparing an active agent that induces a geopolymer reaction with main raw materials for exterior materials; a third step (S30) of mixing 25 to 35 wt% of the active agent and 1.0 to 5.0 wt% of the additive raw materials with 67 to 73 wt% of the prepared main raw materials; and a fourth step (S40) of injecting a mixture into a molding frame of a set shape and curing the same at 25 to 60°C for 3 to 8 hours so as to complete exterior materials. Therefore, the present invention has effects of supplying exterior materials at low cost while preventing environmental pollution by using household waste incineration ash or molten slag as main raw materials and using waste glass fibers as additive raw materials.
본 발명은 폐유리섬유를 이용한 콘크리트 대용 건축물 외장재를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 폐유리섬유를 수선하여 이물질의 잔류에 따라 구분하여 외장재용 첨가원료를 준비하는 제1공정(S10); 외장재용 주원료와 지오폴리머 반응을 유도하는 활성제를 준비하는 제2공정(S20); 준비된 주원료 67~73 중량%에 활성제 25~35 중량%와 첨가원료 1.0~5.0 중량%를 혼합하는 제3공정(S30); 혼합물을 설정 형상의 성형 틀에 주입하여 25~60℃에서 3 내지 8시간 양생시켜 외장재를 완성하는 제4공정(S40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 생활폐기물 소각재나 용융슬래그를 주원료로 하고, 폐유리섬유를 첨가원료로 이용하여 환경오염을 방지하면서도 외장재를 저렴한 비용으로 보급할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
