Lightweight Hump Mold for Precast Slab Track
The present invention relates to a lightweight hump mold for a precast slab track, and more specifically, to a mold for curing a precast slab track which is a track structure manufactured in a factory and transported to and installed in the field. A hump mold that is difficult to transport and is uneconomical by being manufactured through a casting method is manufactured by using a metal plate through a press method, and a hollow part is formed in the hump mold, such that the weight of the hump mold is reduced, and thus, the hump mold is easily manufactured and carried, and is economically efficient.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 슬라브 트랙용 경량 험프몰드에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 공장에서 제작되고 현장에 운반 및 설치되는 궤도구조인 프리캐스트 슬라브 트랙을 양생하는 몰드에 있어서, 주조 방식으로 제조되어 운반이 어렵고 비경제적인 험프몰드를 금속 판재를 이용하여 프레스 방식으로 제조하되 내부에 중공부를 형성하도록 하여 무게를 낮춤으로써 제조 및 운반이 용이하고 경제적인 프리캐스트 슬라브 트랙용 경량 험프몰드에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 프리캐스트 슬라브 트랙용 경량 험프몰드에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 공장에서 제작되고 현장에 운반 및 설치되는 궤도구조인 프리캐스트 슬라브 트랙을 양생하는 몰드에 있어서, 주조 방식으로 제조되어 운반이 어렵고 비경제적인 험프몰드를 금속 판재를 이용하여 프레스 방식으로 제조하되 내부에 중공부를 형성하도록 하여 무게를 낮춤으로써 제조 및 운반이 용이하고 경제적인 프리캐스트 슬라브 트랙용 경량 험프몰드에 관한 것이다.
