A device placed in a public telephone booth can be disclosed. The device includes: a power supply unit for supplying a charging current for a battery of an electric bicycle; a communication unit for accessing the telephone network or internet network; a control unit for controlling a battery charging operation and a user′s phone connection operation; the bicycle for accommodating the battery; receptacles for providing a terminal for charging the battery using the charging current; and a display for providing a graphic user interface for a charging operation and a telephone connection operation.
