NON-BEARING WALL SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE OF WALL-TYPE STRUCTURE THAT CAN PREVENT LOAD TRANSMISSION
According to the present invention, a non-bearing wall seismic reinforcement structure of a wall-type structure capable of preventing the load transmission has the below effects. First, a non-bearing wall is first prefabricated and is applied to the wall-type structure such that even quality of the non-bearing wall can be constructed on the site and constructability and convenience can be improved. Second, since the non-bearing wall structure is made as a PC structure, even if a damage occurs, simply the PC non-wearing wall structure needs to be replaced. Accordingly, it is easy to repair and reinforce after the damage occurs and the cost for repair and reinforcement can be reduced. Third, since the non-bearing wall is made to be apart from a structural wall body by using a gap connection means, cracks of the non-bearing wall structure can be prevented, and the earthquake-proof performance can be secured and improved. Therefore, when an earthquake load occurs, the non-bearing wall and the structural wall body can be prevented from being cracked and damaged due to connecting iron pieces.
본 발명에 따른 하중전달 방지가 가능한 벽식구조물의 비내력벽 내진보강구조는 다음과 같은 효과를 제공한다. 첫째, 비내력벽을 사전 제작 후 벽식구조물에 적용함으로써, 비내력벽의 균일한 품질의 현장시공이 가능하고, 시공성과 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 둘째, 비내력벽 구조물이 PC구조물로 이루어졌기 때문에 손상이 발생하더라도 PC 비내력벽 구조물을 단순히 교체만 하면 되므로 피해 발생 후 보수보강이 용이하고, 보수보강비용을 절감할 수 있다. 셋째, 이격연결수단을 통하여 구조벽체와 이격되게 구성함으로써, 비내력벽구조물의 자체의 균열을 억제하고 내진성능을 확보 및 향상시킴으로써 지진하중 발생 시 연결철물로 인한 비내력벽 및 구조벽체의 균열 및 손상을 방지할 수 있다.
