Noise-proof soundproof tunnel with improved watertightness
The present invention relates to a soundproof tunnel for blocking transmission of noise and, more specifically, to a leakproof and soundproof tunnel for improving watertightness at a connection portion of the soundproof tunnel. The leakproof and soundproof tunnel for improving watertightness, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a roof frame formed in a round shape; a drainage pipe located on an upper portion of the roof frame to induce drainage; a plurality of soundproof plates installed corresponding to the round shape of the roof frame so that the connection portion is located on the drainage pipe; and an airtight member which seals the connection portion by adjusting an angle according to an angle inclined in the round shape of the soundproof plate. The airtight member includes: a first cover member including a first seating portion seated on the soundproof plate positioned at one side around the connection portion, and an arc-shaped cover portion extending from the first seating portion to the connection portion to cover the connection portion; and a second cover member including a second seating portion seated on the soundproofing plate located on the other side around the connection portion, and an outer airtight portion extending from the second seating portion to partially overlap the inside of the cover portion and blocking rainwater from flowing into the end of the cover portion. Therefore, the watertightness of the connection portion of the soundproof plate can be improved.
본 발명은 소음의 전달을 차단하기 위한 방음터널에 관한 것으로서, 방음터널의 연결부위에 수밀성을 향상시키기 위한 누수방지 방음터널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수밀성을 향상시킨 누수방지 방음터널은 라운드 형태로 형성된 지붕프레임, 상기 지붕프레임의 상부에 위치되어 배수를 유도하는 배수파이프, 상기 배수파이프에 연결부분이 위치하도록 상기 지붕프레임의 라운드 형태에 대응하여 설치되는 복수 개의 방음판, 및 상기 방음판의 라운드 형태로 기울어진 각도에 따라 각도를 조절하여 상기 연결부분을 기밀하는 기밀부재를 포함하고, 상기 기밀부재는 상기 연결부분을 중심으로 일측에 위치된 상기 방음판에 안착되는 제1 안착부와, 상기 제1 안착부에서 상기 연결부분으로 연장되어 상기 연결부분을 덮는 원호형상의 덮개부를 포함하는 제1 커버부재, 및 상기 연결부분을 중심으로 타측에 위치된 상기 방음판에 안착되는 제2 안착부와, 상기 제2 안착부에서 상기 덮개부의 내측에 일부 겹쳐지도록 연장되어 상기 덮개부의 끝단으로 우수가 유입되는 것을 차단하는 외측기밀부를 포함하는 제2 커버부재를 포함한다. 따라서, 방음판의 연결부분의 수밀성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a soundproof tunnel for blocking transmission of noise and, more specifically, to a leakproof and soundproof tunnel for improving watertightness at a connection portion of the soundproof tunnel. 본 발명은 소음의 전달을 차단하기 위한 방음터널에 관한 것으로서, 방음터널의 연결부위에 수밀성을 향상시키기 위한 누수방지 방음터널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수밀성을 향상시킨 누수방지 방음터널은 라운드 형태로 형성된 지붕프레임, 상기 지붕프레임의 상부에 위치되어 배수를 유도하는 배수파이프, 상기 배수파이프에 연결부분이 위치하도록 상기 지붕프레임의 라운드 형태에 대응하여 설치되는 복수 개의 방음판, 및 상기 방음판의 라운드 형태로 기울어진 각도에 따라 각도를 조절하여 상기 연결부분을 기밀하는 기밀부재를 포함하고, 상기 기밀부재는 상기 연결부분을 중심으로 일측에 위치된 상기 방음판에 안착되는 제1 안착부와, 상기 제1 안착부에서 상기 연결부분으로 연장되어 상기 연결부분을 덮는 원호형상의 덮개부를 포함하는 제1 커버부재, 및 상기 연결부분을 중심으로 타측에 위치된 상기 방음판에 안착되는 제2 안착부와, 상기 제2 안착부에서 상기 덮개부의 내측에 일부 겹쳐지도록 연장되어 상기 덮개부의 끝단으로 우수가 유입되는 것을 차단하는 외측기밀부를 포함하는 제2 커버부재를 포함한다. 따라서, 방음판의 연결부분의 수밀성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
