Smart model house system and operating method thereof
The present invention relates to a smart model house system implemented to give an effect to a model house by detecting a person viewing the model house and controlling an effect device in response to the detection result, and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the operation method of the smart model house system comprises the steps of: detecting, by a detection device, a visitor approaching and notifying a detection result; generating and applying, by a control device, a corresponding control command according to the detection result notified from the detection device; and providing, by the effect device, a corresponding effect to a model house according to the control command applied from the control device.
본 발명은 모델 하우스를 관람하는 사람을 감지하고 감지 결과에 따라 이에 대응해서 효과장치를 제어하여 모델 하우스에 효과를 주도록 구현한 스마트 모델 하우스 시스템 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것으로, 감지장치가 접근하는 관람객을 감지하여 감지 결과를 통보하며; 제어장치가 감지장치로부터 통보되는 감지 결과에 따라 이에 대응하는 제어명령을 생성시켜 인가하며; 효과장치가 제어장치로부터 인가되는 제어명령에 따라 이에 대응하는 효과를 모델 하우스에 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a smart model house system implemented to give an effect to a model house by detecting a person viewing the model house and controlling an effect device in response to the detection result, and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the operation method of the smart model house system comprises the steps of: detecting, by a detection device, a visitor approaching and notifying a detection result; generating and applying, by a control device, a corresponding control command according to the detection result notified from the detection device; and providing, by the effect device, a corresponding effect to a model house according to the control command applied from the control device.
본 발명은 모델 하우스를 관람하는 사람을 감지하고 감지 결과에 따라 이에 대응해서 효과장치를 제어하여 모델 하우스에 효과를 주도록 구현한 스마트 모델 하우스 시스템 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것으로, 감지장치가 접근하는 관람객을 감지하여 감지 결과를 통보하며; 제어장치가 감지장치로부터 통보되는 감지 결과에 따라 이에 대응하는 제어명령을 생성시켜 인가하며; 효과장치가 제어장치로부터 인가되는 제어명령에 따라 이에 대응하는 효과를 모델 하우스에 제공한다.
