Green house smart farm system and operating method thereof
The present invention relates to a smart farm system for a greenhouse implemented to check whether each motor used in a greenhouse operates normally when controlling each motor by a control device in a main panel, and an operating method thereof. A farm sensor senses cultivation requirement information. A main panel generates a control signal corresponding to the cultivation requirement information sensed by the farm sensor in accordance with the cultivation requirement information, receives a driving entity state signal to monitor a driving entity state to notify a consumer of the driving entity state, and receives a switch motor state signal to monitor a switch motor state to notify the consumer of the switch motor state. A driving entity generates an output signal in accordance with a manual operation of the consumer or the control signal generated by the main panel and checks the output signal at the same time to generate the driving entity state signal to apply the driving entity state signal to the main panel. A switch checking means transfers the output signal generated by the driving entity, and checks the transferred output signal to generate the switch motor state signal to apply the switch motor state signal to the main panel. A switch motor performs switch driving corresponding to the output signal transferred from the switch checking means in accordance with the output signal.
본 발명은 그린하우스에 사용되는 각 모터를 메인패널 내의 제어장치에서 제어할 때에, 각 모터가 정상 동작하는지에 대한 확인을 수행할 수 있도록 구현한 그린하우스 스마트 팜 시스템 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것으로, 팜 센서가 재배 필요 정보를 센싱하며; 메인패널이 팜 센서에서 센싱한 재배 필요 정보에 따라 이에 대응하는 제어신호를 생성시키며, 구동개체상태신호를 인가받아 구동개체상태를 모니터링하여 소비자에게 통보하며, 개폐기모터상태신호를 인가받아 개폐기모터상태를 모니터링하여 소비자에게 통보하며; 구동개체가 메인패널에서 생성시킨 제어신호나 소비자의 수동 조작에 따라 출력신호를 생성시킴과 동시에, 출력신호를 확인하여 구동개체상태신호를 생성시켜 메인패널에 인가하며; 개폐기확인수단이 구동개체에서 생성시킨 출력신호를 전달하며, 전달한 출력신호를 확인하여 개폐기모터상태신호를 생성시켜 메인패널에 인가하며; 개폐기모터가 개폐기확인수단으로부터 전달되는 출력신호에 따라 이에 대응하는 개폐기 구동을 수행한다.
