- Boron nitride-silicon carbide fiber composites and method of fabricating of the same
A method for manufacturing a boron nitride-silicon carbide composite fiber is provided. The method for manufacturing the boron nitride-silicon carbide composite fiber comprises: a step of preparing a silicon carbide fiber coated with graphene oxide; a step of manufacturing a mixture of the silicon carbide fiber coated with graphene oxide and a boric acid powder; and a step of heat-treating the mixture in a gas atmosphere containing nitrogen, replacing the graphene oxide with boron nitride, followed by manufacturing the boron nitride-silicon carbide composite fiber. The present invention can provide the method for manufacturing the boron nitride-silicon carbide composite fiber in which the boron nitride is chemically bonded to the surface of the silicon carbide fiber by a simple process.
질화붕소-탄화규소 복합섬유의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 상기 질화붕소-탄화규소 복합섬유의 제조 방법은, 그래핀 산화물로 코팅된 탄화규소 섬유를 준비하는 단계, 그래핀 산화물로 코팅된 상기 탄화규소 섬유 및 붕산 분말의 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 및 질소를 포함하는 가스 분위기에서 상기 혼합물을 열처리하여, 상기 그래핀 산화물을 질화붕소로 치환시켜, 질화붕소-탄화규소 복합섬유를 제조하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
