A method for manufacturing a graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material is provided. The manufacturing method of graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material includes the steps of: preparing a surface-treated silicon carbide fiber; adding a crosslinking agent containing an amine group to the surface-treated silicon carbide fiber to manufacture a silicon carbide fiber surface-modified with the amine group; and adding a graphene oxide solution to the surface-modified silicon carbide fiber to manufacture a silicon carbide fiber in which graphene oxide is bonded to the surface.
그래핀-탄화규소 섬유 복합소재의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 상기 그래핀-탄화규소 섬유 복합소재의 제조 방법은, 표면 처리된 탄화규소 섬유를 준비하는 단계, 표면 처리된 상기 탄화규소 섬유에 아민기를 포함하는 가교제를 첨가하여, 상기 아민기로 표면 개질된 탄화규소 섬유를 제조하는 단계, 및 표면 개질된 상기 탄화규소 섬유에 그래핀 산화물 용액을 첨가하여, 표면에 그래핀 산화물이 결합된 탄화규소 섬유를 제조하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
