The present invention relates to a fixing unit for an exterior material of a building, which has an insulation member for preventing a thermal bridge inside or outside a metal anchor bolt head so as to improve thermal bridge prevention performance of an anchor bolt fixing the exterior material such as stone or the like to the building and the fixing unit including the same. The anchor bolt having a thermal bridge preventing unit and the fixing unit for an exterior material of a building including the same can prevent heat capable of flowing into a concrete structure forming an outer wall from a portion of the exterior material of the building to increase insulation properties so that air conditioning and heating costs can be saved and prevent the thermal bridge to prevent corrosion so that a life of the building can be extended.
본 발명은 석재 등 외장재를 건축물에 고정하는 앵커볼트(anchor bolt) 및 이를 포함하는 고정유닛의 열교차단 성능을 개선하기 위해, 금속재 앵커볼트 헤드의 내부 또는 외부에 열교차단을 위한 단열부재를 구비한 건축물 외장재 고정유닛에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 열교차단부를 구비한 앵커볼트 및 이를 포함하는 건축물 외장재 고정유닛은 건축물 외장재 부위로부터 외벽을 이루는 콘크르트 구조물로 흐를 수 있는 열을 차단하여 단열성을 높이므로 냉난방비를 절약할 수 있고, 열교차단으로 인한 부식 방지로 건물의 수명을 연장하는 효과를 나타낸다.
