The present invention relates to a unit for fixing an exterior material of a building including an anchor bolt with a thermal bridge prevention part, which is structurally improved to improve insulation performance of the unit for fixing an exterior material of a building including the anchor bolt and a fixture for fixing the exterior material such as stone or the like to the building and easily fasten the anchor bolt to the fixture. The unit for fixing an exterior material of a building including the anchor bolt with the thermal bridge prevention part prevents heat capable of flowing into a concrete structure forming an outer wall from a portion of the exterior material of the building to increase the insulation performance and has a structure in which an inlet of a round bar fixing cylinder into which a metal round bar inserted and fixed into the outer wall of the building is inserted is inclined inward in case of construction so that the round bar can be conveniently inserted.
본 발명은 석재 등 외장재를 건축물에 고정하기 위해 앵커볼트(anchor bolt)와 고정구를 포함하는 건축물 외장재 고정유닛의 단열성능을 향상시키고, 앵커볼트를 고정구에 용이하게 체결하도록 구조를 개선한 열교차단부를 구비한 앵커볼트를 포함하는 건축물 외장재 고정유닛에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 열교차단부를 구비한 앵커볼트를 포함하는 건축물 외장재 고정유닛은 건축물 외장재 부위로부터 외벽을 이루는 콘크르트 구조물로 흐를 수 있는 열을 차단하여 단열성을 높일 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 시공시 건물 외벽에 삽입고정된 금속재질 환봉이 삽입되는 환봉고정 원통의 입구가 안쪽으로 경사지는 구조를 갖추어 환봉삽입을 편리하게 할 수 있는 장점을 가진다.
