Metal-coated synthetic graphite power and Method for making the same
Disclosed is an artificial graphite powder having improved thermal conductivity in the thickness direction. The powder includes: an artificial graphite layer; and a metal layer formed on at least a lower surface of the artificial graphite layer. The powder is formed by cutting an artificial graphite sheet in which the metal layer is laminated by plating, and which corresponds to the artificial graphite layer.
두께방향으로 열 전도율이 향상된 인조 그라파이트 분말이 개시된다. 상기 분말은, 인조 그라파이트 층; 및 상기 인조 그라파이트 층의 적어도 하면에 형성되는 금속층으로 구성되고, 상기 분말은, 상기 인조 그라파이트 층에 대응하고 상기 금속층이 도금에 의해 적층된 인조 그라파이트 시트를 절단하여 형성된다.
