HEAT-INSULATING MATERIAL HAVING FLAME RETARDANNT COATING LAYER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an insulation material with a flame-retardant coating layer and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an insulation material with a flame-retardant coating layer in which a flame-retardant coating agent is supported by a glass fiber network and is securely attached to the surface of an insulation base material by applying the flame-retardant coating agent in a state in which the glass fiber network is laid on the surface of the insulation base material, and a manufacturing method thereof. In the insulation material with a flame-retardant coating layer according to the present invention, the flame-retardant coating agent is applied to the surface of the insulation base material in a state in which the glass fiber network is placed on the surface of the insulation base material, and the flame-retardant coating agent is attached to the surface of the insulation base material together with the glass fiber network. The manufacturing method of the insulation material with a flame-retardant coating layer according to the present invention comprises: a step of positioning the glass fiber network on the surface of the insulation base material; and a step of applying and attaching the flame-retardant coating agent to the surface of the insulation base material in a state in which the glass fiber network is placed on the surface of the insulation base material.
본 발명은 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 단열모재의 표면에 유리섬유망이 부설된 상태에서 난연 코팅제를 도포함으로써 난연 코팅제가 유리섬유망에 의해 지지되어 단열모재 표면에 확실하게 부착된 상태가 유지되는 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재는 단열모재의 표면에 유리섬유망이 놓여진 상태에서 상기 단열모재의 표면에 난연 코팅제가 도포되어 상기 유리섬유망과 함께 난연 코팅제가 상기 단열모재의 표면에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재의 제조 방법은 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 단열모재의 표면에 유리섬유망을 위치시키는 단계와, 상기 단열모재의 표면에 유리섬유망이 놓여진 상태에서 상기 단열모재의 표면에 난연 코팅제를 도포하여 부착시키는 단계가 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 단열모재의 표면에 유리섬유망이 부설된 상태에서 난연 코팅제를 도포함으로써 난연 코팅제가 유리섬유망에 의해 지지되어 단열모재 표면에 확실하게 부착된 상태가 유지되는 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재는 단열모재의 표면에 유리섬유망이 놓여진 상태에서 상기 단열모재의 표면에 난연 코팅제가 도포되어 상기 유리섬유망과 함께 난연 코팅제가 상기 단열모재의 표면에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재의 제조 방법은 난연 코팅층이 형성된 단열재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 단열모재의 표면에 유리섬유망을 위치시키는 단계와, 상기 단열모재의 표면에 유리섬유망이 놓여진 상태에서 상기 단열모재의 표면에 난연 코팅제를 도포하여 부착시키는 단계가 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.
