Inundation prevention system of building structure
The present invention relates to an inundation spread prevention system of a building structure, which is able to be installed in the multi-floor building structure to prevent water from being introduced because of a water leak and from being spread to another space, comprising: a drain module which includes a drain formed on a floor of a public space in each floor of the building structure, a drain trench installed on an upper side of the drain way to shield the drain way, and to have a plurality of drain holes formed to drain the introduced water to the drain way, and a pipe unit connected to the drain way to discharge water to the outside; and an inundation control module which includes an inundation sensor which is installed on the drain module to detect the introduction of water, a water supply blocking valve installed on a water supply line of the building structure to block the water supply by a control signal, and a control unit which transmits a control signal to the water supply blocking valve to block the water supply when an inundation signal is received from the inundation sensor. Accordingly, the present invention is able to be configured to block and drain leaked water through the drain module and the blocking module, to effectively prevent the water leaked by a damage in the water supply pipes and the fire-fighting pipes in the public space on each floor of the building structure from being introduced into the elevation/lowering equipment space, and to prevent an inundation of the elevation/lowering equipment.
본 발명은, 다층건축구조물 내에 설치되어, 누수로 인하여 유입된 물이 다른공간으로 확산되는 것을 방지하는 건축구조물의 침수확산방지시스템으로서 건축구조물 내의 층별 공용공간 바닥에 형성된 배수로와, 배수로의 상부에 설치되어 배수로를 차폐하되, 유입되는 물을 배수로로 배수시키는 복수개의 배수홀들이 관통 형성된 배수트렌치와, 배수로와 연결되어 물을 외부로 유출시키는 배관부를 포함하여 구성되는 배수모듈과, 배수모듈에 설치되어 물의 유입여부를 감지하는 침수감지센서와, 건축구조물의 급수라인에 설치되어 제어신호에 의하여 급수를 차단하는 급수차단밸브와, 침수감지센서로부터 침수신호가 수신되면 급수가 차단되도록 급수차단밸브로 제어신호를 송신하는 제어유닛을 포함하여 구성되는 침수제어모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축구조물의 침수확산방지시스템을 제공한다. 상기한 바에 따르면 배수모듈과 차단모듈을 통하여 누수의 차수와 배수를 수행할 수 있도록 구성됨으로써, 건축구조물 층별 공용공간 내에 수도관 및 소방배관 파손 등에 의하여 발생된 누수가 승하강 설비공간내로 유입되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있어, 승하강설비의 침수를 방지할 수 있다.

Accordingly, the present invention is able to be configured to block and drain leaked water through the drain module and the blocking module, to effectively prevent the water leaked by a damage in the water supply pipes and the fire-fighting pipes in the public space on each floor of the building structure from being introduced into the elevation/lowering equipment space, and to prevent an inundation of the elevation/lowering equipment.
본 발명은, 다층건축구조물 내에 설치되어, 누수로 인하여 유입된 물이 다른공간으로 확산되는 것을 방지하는 건축구조물의 침수확산방지시스템으로서 건축구조물 내의 층별 공용공간 바닥에 형성된 배수로와, 배수로의 상부에 설치되어 배수로를 차폐하되, 유입되는 물을 배수로로 배수시키는 복수개의 배수홀들이 관통 형성된 배수트렌치와, 배수로와 연결되어 물을 외부로 유출시키는 배관부를 포함하여 구성되는 배수모듈과, 배수모듈에 설치되어 물의 유입여부를 감지하는 침수감지센서와, 건축구조물의 급수라인에 설치되어 제어신호에 의하여 급수를 차단하는 급수차단밸브와, 침수감지센서로부터 침수신호가 수신되면 급수가 차단되도록 급수차단밸브로 제어신호를 송신하는 제어유닛을 포함하여 구성되는 침수제어모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축구조물의 침수확산방지시스템을 제공한다. 상기한 바에 따르면 배수모듈과 차단모듈을 통하여 누수의 차수와 배수를 수행할 수 있도록 구성됨으로써, 건축구조물 층별 공용공간 내에 수도관 및 소방배관 파손 등에 의하여 발생된 누수가 승하강 설비공간내로 유입되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있어, 승하강설비의 침수를 방지할 수 있다.
