MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A MOLDED OBJECT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A SANDWICH PANEL
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a molded body, which comprises the steps of: a) preparing two or more nonwoven fiber aggregates; and b) bonding the interfaces of the two or more nonwoven fiber aggregates to each other through a flame lamination process. In addition, the present invention comprises the steps of a) preparing two or more nonwoven fiber aggregates; b) manufacturing a core layer by bonding the interfaces of the two or more nonwoven fiber aggregates to each other by a flame lamination process; c) forming an adhesive layer on at least one surface of the core layer; and d) forming a skin layer on the adhesive layer. The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a molded body for a core material of a sandwich panel manufactured through the flame lamination process to minimize interfacial delamination of a nonwoven fiber assembly, and the manufacturing method of sandwich panel using the molded body for the core material as a core layer.
본 발명은 a) 둘 이상의 부직 섬유 집합체를 준비하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 둘 이상의 부직 섬유 집합체의 계면을 불꽃 라미네이션 공정으로 상호 접합시키는 단계;를 포함하는 성형체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 a) 둘 이상의 부직 섬유 집합체를 준비하는 단계; b) 상기 둘 이상의 부직 섬유 집합체의 계면을 불꽃 라미네이션 공정으로 상호 접합시켜 코어층을 제조하는 단계; c) 코어층의 일면 이상에 접착층을 형성하는 단계; 및 d) 상기 접착층 상에 스킨층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
