The present invention relates to a high-pressure hose connector for a water pipe with an anti-twisting function and, more specifically, to a high-pressure hose connector which can improve the structure of the connector installed at an end of a high-pressure hose for connection to a pipe connection part of various faucet fittings installed on washbasins, showers, and sinks, and water pipes, thereby ensuring free rotation of a nipple connected to the high-pressure hose when coupled to the pipe connection part. The high-pressure hose connector comprises: a nipple (10) having a hose fitting (11) provided on one side thereof and connected to a high-pressure hose (1), having a packing protrusion (12), a packing fitting groove (13), and a nipple support piece (14) continuously formed on the other side thereof, and having a flow path (15) formed through the center of the body thereof; a connection nut (20) having one open side, having a female thread (21) formed on the inner diameter surface thereof, having a through-hole formed in the center of a side wall (22) having a packing contact surface (23), and fitted in the direction of the hose fitting (11) of the nipple (10) so that a female screw (21) is fastened to the male screw (2a) of a pipe connection part (2); and a packing member (30) having a disc shape and seated on the packing contact surface (23) of the connection nut (20) while being fitted on the packing fitting groove (13) of the nipple (10).
본 발명은 꼬임방지 기능을 갖는 수도배관용 고압호스 연결구에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 세면대, 샤워기, 씽크대 등에 설치되는 각종 수전금구와 수도배관 등의 관연결부에 연결하는 고압 호스의 단부에 설치되는 연결구의 구조를 개선하여 관연결부에 결합 시에도 고압호스와 연결된 니플의 원활한 자유 회전을 보장할 수 있는 고압호스 연결구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 일측에 고압호스(1)와 연결되는 호스끼움구(11)가 구비되고, 타측에 패킹걸림턱(12)과 패킹끼움홈(13) 및 니플받침편(14)이 연속 형성되며, 몸통 중앙으로 유로(15)가 관통 성형된 니플(10)과; 일측이 개구되어 내경면에 암나사(21)가 형성되고, 패킹밀착면(23)을 갖는 측벽(22) 중앙에 관통구멍이 형성되어 상기 니플(10)의 호스끼움구(11) 방향에서 끼워져 관연결부(2)의 수나사(2a)에 암나사(21)를 체결하는 연결너트(20)와; 원판 형상을 갖고 상기 니플(10)의 패킹끼움홈(13)에 끼워지면서 연결너트(20)의 패킹밀착면(23)에 안착되는 패킹부재(30)를 포함해 구성된다.
