The present invention relates to a roll insect screen mainly installed on a window frame of a building to perform an opening/closing operation. Guide frames (300) of an insect screen (100) are installed on both sides of a housing frame (200), and a shaft-installed winding rod (10) is installed in the housing frame (200) to be elastically supported by a spring (12) to form a tension control member (2) for lifting and opening/closing the inspect screen (100) through the rotation of the winding rod (10). The tension control member (2) has a rotor (14) and a supporter (16) inserted and combined with a protruding part (10c) formed inside the winding rod (10) through combination grooves (14b)(16b), wherein the rotor (14) is connected directly with a spring adjustor (8) combining the supporter (16) on the other side through the spring (12) to be integrated therewith while combining the spring adjustor (8) and the supporter (16) with each other to be freely rotatable. The spring adjustor (8) is fixed by being inserted into a shaft hole (4a) formed on a fixing bracket (4) combined and supported on the housing frame (200), and then, the rotor (14) inserted into the winding rod (10) through the spring adjustor (8) causes the spring (12) to be torsion-compressed through interconnected rotation to control the tension of the winding rod (10) lifting and opening/closing the insect screen (100).
본 발명은 주로 건물의 창틀에 설치되어 개폐작동하는 롤 방충망에 관한 것으로서, 하우징 프레임(200)의 양측에 방충망(100)의 안내프레임(300)이 설치되고, 하우징 프레임(200) 내에는 축 설치된 권취봉(10)이 스프링(12)에 의해 탄력 지지되게 설치하여 권취봉(10)의 회전에 의해 방충망(100)이 승강 개폐시키는 텐션조절부재(2)를 구성하되, 텐션조절부재(2)는 권취봉(10)의 내측에 형성된 돌출부(10c)에 회전체(14)와 지지체(16)가 각 결합홈(14b)(16b)을 통해 삽입 결합하되 상기 회전체(14)는 직결로서 스프링(12)을 통해 타측 지지체(16)를 축 결합하는 스프링 조절구(8)와 서로 일체로서 연결되게 하면서 스프링 조절구(8)와 지지체(16)는 서로 자유로이 회전하도록 결합하고, 상기 스프링 조절구(8)는 하우징 프레임(200)에 결합 지지하는 고정브라켓(4)에 형성된 축공(4a)에 끼워져 고정되게 구성하여 스프링 조절구(8)를 통해 권취봉(10) 내에 삽입된 회전체(14)가 서로 연동회전에 의해 스프링(12)이 비틀림 압축되면서 방충망(100)을 승강 개폐하는 권취봉(10)의 장력조절이 이루어지도록 구성된 것이다.
