GIRDER LIFTING APPARATUS USING DOWNWARD-JACK AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a girder lifting apparatus using downward lift jacks and a construction method thereof, to stably lift a girder by efficiently using a space around a bridge bearing on the upper surface of a bridge substructure and thereby secure workability and constructability. The girder lifting apparatus using the downward lift jacks includes: girder side brackets fixedly installed on both webs of a girder mounted on a bridge substructure and protruding laterally so that open spaces (S) on both webs can be used; and the downward lift jacks integrally installed on the lower part of the girder side brackets so that downward cylinders extend to the upper surface of the bridge substructure.

교량하부구조물 상면의 교량받침 주위공간을 효율적으로 이용하여 거더를 안정적으로 인상시킬 수 있어 시공성과 작업성을 확보할 수 있는 하향인상잭을 이용한 거더인상장치 및 그 시공방법으로서, 상기 하향인상잭을 이용한 거더인상장치는 교량하부구조물에 거치된 거더의 양 복부 측면의 개방공간(S)을 이용할 수 있도록, 상기 양 복부에 고정 설치되어 측방으로 돌출 장착시킨 거더측방브라켓; 및 상기 거더측방브라켓의 하부에 일체화되어 교량하부구조물의 상면으로 하향실린더가 연장되도록 설치된 하향인상잭;을 포함한다.
