Mold Apparatus For Producing Brazier Typed Artificial Reef
The present invention relates to a mold apparatus for manufacturing brazier-typed artificial reefs to facilitate assembly and disassembly. According to the present invention, the brazier-typed artificial reef (101) includes: a donut-shaped lower plate (103); legs (105) protruding downward in the circumferential direction on the lower surface of the lower plate (103); a plurality of posts (107) installed upright in the circumferential direction of the lower plate (103); a donut-shaped upper plate (109) placed on the upper end of the posts (107); and a plurality of ridges (111) installed upright in the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the upper plate (109). The mold apparatus is to manufacture the artificial reef using concrete, and comprises: a bottom plate (1) having a polygonal planar shape; an inner molding unit (3) seated and fixed on the bottom plate (1), and including a leg molding plate body (13) for molding the bottom and inner surfaces of the legs (105) and an inner wall molding plate body (15) extending upward from the inner end of the leg molding plate body (13); an outer molding unit (5) covering the outside of the inner molding unit (3) to mold the outer surface of the artificial reef (101), and including a box installation hole (39) for forming a space between the posts (107) in the circumferential direction; a space forming box (7) fitted and fixed in the box installation hole (39) and forming a space between the posts (107); and an upper molding unit (9) seated and fixed on the upper part of the outer molding unit (5) to mold the upper surface and the side surface of the ridges (111) and the upper surface of the upper plate (109).
