Disclosed are an eco-friendly semi-nonflammable sound-absorbing door and a manufacturing method thereof. According to a first embodiment of the present invention, an eco-friendly semi-nonflammable sound-absorbing door comprises: an eco-friendly semi-nonflammable board manufactured by a predetermined fiber board having an eco-friendly and semi-nonflammable function and spaced apart from each other; and a sound-absorbing and insulating paper board which is made of paper, but has a sound absorption and insulation function, and is formed integrally with the eco-friendly semi-nonflammable boards through thermocompression molding between eco-friendly semi-nonflammable boards.
친환경 준불연 흡음 도어 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 친환경 준불연 흡음 도어는 친환경이고 준불연 기능을 갖는 소정의 섬유 보드에 의해 제조되되 서로 나란하게 이격 배치되는 친환경 준불연 보드; 및 종이로 제조되되 흡차음 기능을 가지며, 친환경 준불연 보드들 사이에서 열압착 성형을 통해 친환경 준불연 보드들과 일체로 형성되는 흡차음 종이 보드를 포함한다.
