The present invention processes, cleans, shorts, coats, and paints tanks, facilities, silos, and so forth by using a) booms, multi-stage booms, inclined booms, and extension booms mounted outside the facilities such as tanks, silos, and closed facilities; b) a boom vehicle, a boom means, a multi-stage boom vehicle, an inclined boom vehicle, and an extended boom vehicle; c) a tip, a cradle, and a connecting rod of the boom; d) support rods penetrating elevators inside the facilities; e) an elevator penetrating through the rods or pillars inside the facilities; f) a line, a ring, and a rotating body mounted on the boom or support rods; and g) a support rod, an elevator, and a processor mounted on the boom or rotating body, wherein the support rod introduced into the elevator can support or safely lift the elevator.
본 발명은 a) 탱크, 사일로, 폐합시설 등의 시설 외부에 거치된 붐, 다단붐, 경사붐, 신장붐; b) 이중 하나가 구비된 붐차, 붐수단, 다단붐차, 경사붐차, 신장붐차; c) 상기 붐의 선단, 거치대, 연결대; d) 시설 내부의 승강기를 관통하는 지지봉; e) 상기 봉 또는 시설 내부 기둥에 관통되는 승강기; f) 상기 붐 내지 지지봉 등에 거치된 줄, 고리, 회전체; g) 상기 붐 내지 회전체 등에 거치된 지지봉, 승강기, 처리기; 등을 이용하여 탱크, 시설, 사일로 등의 내부를 처리, 청소, 숏팅, 코팅, 도장, 크리닝 등을 하는 장치, 방법 등에 관한 것이다.
