2 An Apparatus for measuring radial gate opening position using two absolute encoders
The present invention relates to a device installed on a multipurpose dam or a reservoir and measuring the opening of a sluice gate to adjust the amount of discharged water, comprising: a transporting screw (110) having an axis thereof supported on a base plate (105) and having one end combined with a hoist shaft (111) of a rotating sluice gate in a gear train; a moving block (102) moving in a lateral direction along a guide shaft (114) fixed to the base plate (105) together with a transporting nut (109) combined with the screw of the transporting screw (110); a precision encoder (116) connected to the transporting screw (110) by a timing belt (119) to rotate in proportion to the rotational amount of the sluice gate hoist shaft (111); and a wide-area encoder (120) installed and fixed to the base plate (105) and connected to the timing belt (107), which has a middle part fixed to the moving block (102), to rotate. The number of the rotation of the precision encoder (116) is calculated by analyzing the value of the wide-area encoder (120), sluice gate opening is calculated by multiplying the number of the rotation of the precision encoder (116) by the resolution of the precision encoder (116) and adding the value of the precision encoder (116) to an obtained value.
본 발명은 다목적 댐이나 저수지, 보에 설치되어 방류하는 물의 양을 조절하기 위하여 수문의 개도를 검출하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 베이스 플레이트(105)에 축이 지지되고 회전하는 수문의 권양기 축(111)에 일단이 기어열로 결합된 이송스크류(110)와; 상기 이송스크류(110)의 나사에 결합된 이송너트(109)와 함께 상기 베이스 플레이트(105)에 고정된 가이드 샤프트(114)를 따라 좌우로 이동하는 이동블럭(102)과; 상기 이송스크류(110)에 타이밍벨트(119)로 연결되어 상기 수문 권양기축(111)의 회전량에 비례하여 회전하는 정밀엔코더(116)와; 상기 베이스 플레이트(105)에 고정 설치되며, 상기 이동블럭(102)에 중간부가 고정된 타이밍벨트(107)로 연결되어 회전되는 광역엔코더(120);를 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 정밀엔코더(116)의 회전수는 광역엔코더(120)의 값을 분석하여 계산하고, 상기 정밀엔코더(116)의 회전수에 정밀엔코더(116)의 분해능을 곱하고 이 값에 정밀엔코더(116)의 값을 더하여 수문개도를 계산한다.
