Inundation prevention system of public zone
The present invention relates to a flooding prevention system for a public zone, which is installed in a multistory construction structure to prevent water introduced by a water leak from spreading out to other spaces. The flooding prevention system includes: a drain module including a drain formed on the floor of a public space on each floor in a construction structure, a drain trench installed in an upper part of the drain to cover the drain, while having a plurality of drain holes penetrated to drain introduced water through the drain, and a pipe part connected with the drain to discharge the water to the outside; and a flooding control module including a flooding detection sensor installed on the drain module to detect whether water is introduced, a water supply cutoff valve installed on a water supply line of the construction structure to cut off water supply due to a control signal, and a control unit transmitting the control signal to the water supply cutoff valve such that the water supply is cut off when receiving a flooding signal from the flooding detection sensor. According to the present invention, as the system blocks and drains leaking water through the drain module and the cutoff module, the system can effectively prevent leaking water caused by damage to a water pipe and a firefighting pipe in a public space by floor of a construction structure from flowing into an elevator facility space, thereby preventing an elevator facility from flooding.
본 발명은 다층건축구조물 내에 설치되어, 누수로 인하여 유입된 물이 다른공간으로 확산되는 것을 방지하는 공용구역의 침수 방지시스템으로서 건축구조물 내의 층별 공용공간 바닥에 형성된 배수로와, 배수로의 상부에 설치되어 배수로를 차폐하되, 유입되는 물을 배수로로 배수시키는 복수개의 배수홀들이 관통 형성된 배수트렌치와, 배수로와 연결되어 물을 외부로 유출시키는 배관부를 포함하여 구성되는 배수모듈과, 배수모듈에 설치되어 물의 유입여부를 감지하는 침수감지센서와, 건축구조물의 급수라인에 설치되어 제어신호에 의하여 급수를 차단하는 급수차단밸브와, 침수감지센서로부터 침수신호가 수신되면 급수가 차단되도록 급수차단밸브로 제어신호를 송신하는 제어유닛을 포함하여 구성되는 침수제어모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공용구역의 침수 방지시스템을 제공한다. 상기한 바에 따르면 배수모듈과 차단모듈을 통하여 누수의 차수와 배수를 수행할 수 있도록 구성됨으로써, 건축구조물 층별 공용공간 내에 수도관 및 소방배관 파손 등에 의하여 발생된 누수가 승하강 설비공간내로 유입되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있어, 승하강설비의 침수를 방지할 수 있다.
