AGENT FOR BLOCKING WATER LEAKAGE AND GROUTING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a water barrier agent to provide increased compressive and flexural strength and to a grouting method using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the water barrier agent comprises an agent A, an agent B, and an agent C and is used by adding the agent C to the agent A and mixing a mixture with the agent B, wherein the agent A is a mixture produced by homogeneously mixing and reacting water, magnesium oxide, melamine, acrylic acid, acrylamide, N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide, isotridecyl methacrylate, and silica powder, the agent B is a mixture produced by homogeneously mixing and reacting with sodium silicate, ammonia, urea, sodium persulfate, and silica powder, and the C agent is a mixture produced by homogeneously mixing the same and reacting with water and triethanol amine.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차수제는 A제, B제 및 C제를 포함하고, 상기 A제에 상기 C제를 첨가하여 교반한 후 상기 B제를 혼합하여 사용하는 차수제에 있어서, 상기 A제는 물, 산화 마그네슘(Magnesium oxide), 멜라민(Melamine), 아크릴산(Acryl acid), 아크릴아마이드(Acrylamide), N,N'-메틸렌비스아크릴아마이드(N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide), 이소트리데실 메타아크릴레이트(Isotridecyl methaacrylate), 실리카 파우더(Silica powder)를 균질 혼합 반응시켜 생성된 혼합물이고, 상기 B제는 소듐실리케이트(Sodium silicate), 암모니아(ammonia), 우레아(urea), 소듐퍼셀페이트(Sodium persulfate), 실리카 파우더(Silica powder)를 균질 혼합 반응시켜 생성된 혼합물이고, 상기 C제는 물, 트레에탄올아민(Triethanol amine)을 균질 혼합 반응시켜 생성되는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로할 수 있다.
