COVER OPENING/CLOSING APPARATUS OF OIL-HYDRAULIC COUPLING BLOCK FOR QUICK CHANGE DEVICE

The present invention relates to a cover opening and closing device for a quick change hydraulic coupling block with a structure improved to interlock the opening and closing operation of a cover member according to the movement of a hydraulic coupling block by improving the structure of the cover member that opens and closes a connection hole of a horizontal type hydraulic coupling device, to achieve easy opening and closing operation of the cover member while minimizing design changes as the structure is improved to open and close the cover member due to the interference of a locking projection on a stopper member during the opening and closing operation of the cover member, and as the cover member is closed by the restoring force of the return spring, and accordingly, to reduce operating noise.

본 발명은 수평타입 유압 커플링장치의 연결공을 개폐하는 덮개부재의 구조를 개선하여 유압 커플링블록의 이동에 따라 덮개부재의 개폐동작이 연동되도록 함과 아울러, 덮개부재의 개폐동작시 스톱퍼부재에 대한 걸림돌기의 간섭으로 덮개부재를 개폐시키고 복귀스프링의 복원력에 의해 덮개부재가 닫히는 구조로 개선됨에 따라 설계 변경을 최소화하면서 덮개부재의 개폐동작이 용이하게 이루어지게 되고 이에 따른 작동소음을 경감시킬 수 있도록 그 구조가 개선된 퀵 체인지 유압 커플링블록용 덮개개폐장치에 관한 것이다.
