COVER OPENING/CLOSING APPARATUS OF OIL-HYDRAULIC COUPLING BLOCK FOR QUICK CHANGE DEVICE

The present invention relates to a cover device for a quick change vertical type oil quick coupling. According to the present invention, a structure of a cover member for opening and closing a connection hole of a vertical type hydraulic coupling device is improved such that an opening and closing operation of the cover member in accordance with movement of a hydraulic coupling block is interlocked. In addition, during the opening and closing operation of the cover member, as the structure is improved to open and close the cover member due to the interference of locking projections against the locking projections, and close the cover member by a restoring force of a return spring, the opening and closing operation of the cover member is facilitated while minimizing design changes. Accordingly, the structure of the cover device is improved to reduce an operating noise.

본 발명은 수직타입 유압 커플링장치의 연결공을 개폐하는 덮개부재의 구조를 개선하여 유압 커플링블록의 이동에 따라 덮개부재의 개폐동작이 연동되도록 함과 아울러, 덮개부재의 개폐동작시 걸림돌기에 대한 걸림돌기의 간섭으로 덮개부재를 개폐시키고 복귀스프링의 복원력에 의해 덮개부재가 닫히는 구조로 개선됨에 따라 설계 변경을 최소화하면서 덮개부재의 개폐동작이 용이하게 이루어지게 되고 이에 따른 작동소음을 경감시킬 수 있도록 그 구조가 개선된 퀵 체인지 수직타입 오일퀵 커플링용 덮개장치에 관한 것이다.
