The module unit for a prefabricated building of the present invention comprises a CH stud (120), a frame stud (100), a horizontal frame (11), a fire-resistant gypsum board (130), and a finishing panel (140).
본 발명은 조립식 건축용 모듈 유닛에 관한 것으로서 특히, 고중량의 H 빔을 사용하지 않고 벽식 구조로 구성됨으로써 경량화되고, 내화 페인트나 뿜칠을 할 필요 없이도 내화성이 우수한 벽식 구조를 갖는 조립식 건축용 모듈 유닛에 관한 것이다.
