PIG FOR CLEANING PIPELINE AND APPARATUS FOR CLEANING PIPELINE USING THE SAME
Disclosed are a pig for cleaning a pipeline and a pipeline cleaning apparatus using the same. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, the pig for cleaning a pipeline includes: a first body part formed into a cylindrical shape while formed into a hemispheric shape having a convex front side, having a concave groove formed on the rear side, and having the outer wall in tight contact with the inner wall of a pipeline; a second body part placed apart from the rear side of the first body part, formed into a cylindrical shape while having a first through hole penetrated therein in a longitudinal direction, and having the outer wall in tight contact with the inner wall of the pipeline; and a connection frame including one end part inserted into the concave groove to be combined with the first body part, the other end part inserted into the first through hole to be combined with the second body part, and a center part connecting the one end part with the other end part while having a plurality of spray holes formed in a circumferential direction, thereby forming a flow path leading a fluid introduced through the first through hole to flow into the concave groove. Therefore, the present invention is capable of efficiently removing foreign substances deposited on the inner wall of the pipeline.
관로세척용 피그 및 이를 이용한 관로세척장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 관로세척용 피그는, 원기둥형상으로 형성되되 전방이 볼록한 반구형상으로 형성되고 후방에 오목한 오목홈이 형성되며, 외벽이 관로의 내벽에 밀착되는 제1 몸체부; 제1 몸체부의 후방에 이격되게 배치되고, 원기둥형상으로 형성되되 내부에 길이방향을 따라 관통된 제1 관통홀이 형성되며, 외벽이 관로의 내벽에 밀착되는 제2 몸체부; 및 오목홈에 삽입되어 제1 몸체부에 결합되는 일단부와, 제1 관통홀에 삽입되어 제2 몸체부에 결합되는 타단부와, 일단부와 타단부를 상호 연결하되 원주방향을 따라 복수의 분사공이 형성된 중심부를 구비하여, 제1 관통홀을 통해 유입된 유체가 오목홈으로 유입되는 유로를 형성하는 연결프레임을 포함한다.

Disclosed are a pig for cleaning a pipeline and a pipeline cleaning apparatus using the same.
