A Method for Manufacturing Ceramic Foam
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ceramic foam to effectively increase uniformity of pores. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method comprises: a slurry preparation step of preparing a slurry by adding water and a dispersant to a raw material powder made of a ceramic raw material; a slurry foaming step of adding a foaming agent to the slurry, stirring the slurry with a stirrer to introduce external air into the slurry to foam the slurry, and performing stirring while blocking inflow of external air; a gelling agent addition step of adding a gelling agent to the foamed slurry and stirring the foamed slurry with the stirrer; a molding step of performing molding by injecting the slurry to which the gelling agent is added into a mold having a preset shape; and a demolding step of demolding a molded body formed by gelling the injected slurry in the mold from the mold.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 세라믹 폼의 제조방법은, 세라믹원료로 이루어지는 원료물질 분말에 물과 분산제를 첨가하여 슬러리를 제조하는 슬러리 제조 단계, 상기 슬러리에 기포제를 첨가하고 교반기로 교반하여 외부공기를 상기 슬러리로 유입시켜 상기 슬러리를 발포한 후, 상기 외부공기의 유입을 차단한 채 교반하는 슬러리 발포 단계, 상기 발포된 슬러리에 겔화제를 첨가한 후 교반기로 교반하는 겔화제 첨가 단계, 기 설정된 형상을 가지는 몰드에 상기 겔화제가 첨가된 슬러리를 주입하여 성형하는 성형 단계 및 상기 주입된 슬러리가 상기 몰드 내에서 겔화되어 형성된 성형체를 상기 몰드로부터 탈형하는 탈형 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
