CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

An embodiment of the present invention relates to a construction machine capable of removing residual pressure remaining in a hydraulic device connected to an attachment and a hydraulic line supplying hydraulic pressure thereto when replacing an attachment of the construction machine. The construction machine includes a main pump, a main control valve operated by receiving the pressure oil of the main pump, a hydraulic device operated by a hydraulic oil of the main control valve, and a gear pump providing a pilot hydraulic oil to the main control valve. The construction machine comprises: a main control electronic control valve disposed between the main control valve and the gear pump and operated by receiving a pilot signal for operation; and a control unit for removing the residual pressure of the hydraulic device by operating the main control electronic control valve when residual pressure exists in the hydraulic device.

본 발명의 실시예는 건설기계에 관한 것으로, 메인 펌프와, 상기 메인 펌프의 압유를 전달 받아 작동되는 메인 컨트롤 밸브와, 상기 메인 컨트롤 밸브의 압유에 의해 동작되는 유압 기기, 그리고 상기 메인 컨트롤 밸브에 파일럿 압유를 제공하는 기어 펌프를 포함하는 건설기계는, 상기 메인 컨트롤 밸브와 상기 기어 펌프 사이에 배치되어 작동을 위한 파일럿 신호를 전달 받아 동작되는 메인 컨트롤 전자제어밸브, 그리고 상기 유압 기기에 잔압이 존재할 때 상기 메인 컨트롤 전자제어밸브를 동작시켜 상기 유압 기기의 잔압을 제거하는 제어부를 포함한다.
