The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a self-cleaning insect screen, which can be manufactured by using a yarn having an antifouling function, and a self-cleaning insect screen manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing the self-cleaning insect screen of the present invention comprises: an antifouling yarn manufacturing step of manufacturing an antifouling yarn; an antifouling yarn supplying step of supplying the antifouling yarn; a synthetic fiber yarn supplying step of supplying a synthetic fiber yarn; a mesh structure manufacturing step of manufacturing a mesh structure by weaving the antifouling yarn and the synthetic fiber yarn; and a coating step of coating an antifouling coating liquid on the surface of the mesh structure.
본 발명은 방오 기능을 가지는 원사를 이용하여 제조할 수 있도록 한 자가세척 방충망 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 자가세척 방충망에 관한 것으로, 방오성 원사를 제조하는 방오성 원사 제조단계; 상기 방오성 원사를 공급하는 방오성 원사 공급단계; 합성섬유 원사를 공급하는 합성섬유 원사 공급단계; 상기 방오성 원사와 상기 합성섬유 원사를 제직하여 메쉬 구조물을 제조하는 메쉬 구조물 제조단계; 및 상기 메쉬 구조물의 표면에 방오성 코팅액을 코팅하는 코팅단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
