The present invention proposes a safety insect screen structure that can firmly support the insect screen and is not easily separated from the window frame. According to an embodiment of the present application, a safety insect screen structure comprises: an insect screen frame formed with a quadrangular closed loop and formed with an insect screen groove formed in the front surface of the upper, lower, left and right sides; an insect screen fixing unit inserted into the insect screen groove and manufactured in a 'C' shape; an insect screen whose edge is inserted and fixed between the insect screen fixing unit and the insect screen frame; an insect-proof window frame including a fixed coupling unit inserted into the insect screen fixing unit, and rail insertion grooves recessed inwardly at the top and bottom; and a window frame coupling unit coupled to the insect screen frame and the insect-proof window frame.
