One aspect of the present invention provides a floating breakwater and a floating photovoltaic power generation system including the same, comprising: two or more main buoyancy bodies; an auxiliary buoyancy body located between the adjacent main buoyancy body; and a connecting member fastening the main buoyancy body and the auxiliary buoyancy body. An objective of the present invention is to improve morphological flexibility and durability against variable or irregular wave heights and/or strengths.
