INORGANIC REPAIRING COMPOSITION FOR REPAIRING CONRETE CRACK AND REPAIRING METHOD USING THE SAME
Suggested in the present invention are an inorganic composition for repairing concrete cracks and a concrete crack repairing method using the same. The inorganic composition for repairing concrete cracks includes: a powder composition composed of 10 to 20 wt% of nanosilica, 30 to 50 wt% of blast furnace slag fine powder, 10 to 20 wt% of nano magnesium powder, 5 to 10 wt% of monobasic potassium phosphate powder, 3 to 10 wt% of boric acid, 3 to 10 wt% of a sodium phosphate-based alkali activator, and 1 to 3 wt% of nanofibers; and 15 to 20 parts by weight of water based on 100 parts by weight of the powder composition. According to the present invention, the inorganic composition for repairing concrete cracks firmly fills the cracks, and exhibits excellent adhesive strength with a concrete matrix.
본 발명은 나노실리카 10~20 중량%; 고로슬래그 미분말 30~50 중량%; 나노마그네슘 분말 10~20 중량%; 제 1 인산칼륨 분말 5~10% 중량%; 붕산 3~10 중량%; 인산 나트륨계열의 알칼리 활성제 3~10 중량%; 나노섬유 1~3 중량%로 구성된 분체 조성물 및 상기 분체 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 물 15~20 중량부가 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 균열보수용 무기계 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 균열보수방법을 제시함으로써, 균열을 견고하게 충전함과 아울러, 콘크리트 모체와의 우수한 접착강도를 얻을 수 있도록 한다.
