YELLOW ORIENTAL-MELON COLORED POTTERY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
Yellow oriental melon-colored pottery according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pottery base soil composition including 100 parts by weight of pottery base soil and 20 to 30 parts by weight of a yellow pigment, wherein the pottery base soil is one or more selected from the group consisting of white soil, white clay, white porcelain clay, a white porcelain clay and Sancheong soil mixture, silky white porcelain clay, super large pottery object soil, super white clay, super-slip, ultra-slip, kaolin, petalite, mullite, stone clay, and Sancheong soil; and a glaze composition including 100 parts by weight of a glaze material and 30 to 40 parts by weight of the yellow pigment, wherein the glaze material is selected from the group consisting of silica, feldspar, limestone, kaolin, talc, zinc oxide, magnesium carbonate, and bentonite. The yellow oriental melon-colored pottery can be manufactured by: applying a glaze made of the glaze composition, to the surface of an article molded by using pottery base soil paste of the pottery base soil composition and then biscuit-fired; and glaze-firing the article. The purpose of the present invention is to provide yellow oriental melon-colored pottery with high color development stability.
본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 노란 참외색 도자기는 백토, 백점토, 백자토, 산백토, 실크백자토, 슈퍼대작토, 슈퍼화이트, 슈퍼슬립, 울트라슬립, 고령토, 엽장석, 뮬라이트, 석기토, 산청토 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 소지토 중량 100에 대하여 노란색 안료 20 내지 30중량부를 포함하는 소지 조성물 및 규석, 장석, 석회석, 고령토, 활석, 아연화, 탄산 마그네슘, 벤토나이트, 카올린 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 유약 원료 중량 100에 대하여 노란색 안료 30 내지 40중량부를 포함하는 유약 조성물을 포함하고, 소지 조성물의 소지 반죽으로 초벌된 성형물 표면에 유약 조성물로 제조된 유약을 도포한 후 재벌 과정을 거쳐 제조될 수 있다.
